Refund Policy

Purchases made on TPT

All refund requests must be processed through TPT. Keep Reading and Learning is not able to process refunds for any items purchased on TPT.

Please read the following refund policy carefully before making your digital subscription purchase.

  1. Refund Eligibility:
    • All purchases of our digital subscription service are non-refundable, except under the conditions stated below.
    • Refunds will not be issued for changes in your personal circumstances, dissatisfaction with the content, or failure to utilize the subscription.
  2. Refund Exceptions:
    • A refund may be issued if our subscription service is interrupted for seven (7) or more consecutive days due to an error on the part of the publisher.
    • The interruption must be directly attributable to the publisher’s error or technical issues, and not due to factors beyond our control, such as internet service provider outages or force majeure events.
  3. Requesting a Refund:
    • To request a refund under the eligible conditions stated above, you must contact our customer support team within the period of the interruption. (We appreciate you informing us of the interruption so we can work to fix it immediately!)
    • Refund requests must include sufficient details to verify the interruption and its duration.
    • We reserve the right to investigate the validity of refund requests and may require additional information. Before purchasing, please read which devices and browsers the subscription is compatible with on our FAQ page.
  4. Refund Process:
    • If your refund request is approved, we will process the refund to the original payment method used for the subscription purchase.
    • Refunds will typically be processed within fourteen (14) business days of approval.
    • Any fees associated with the refund process, such as transaction fees, may be deducted from the refund amount.
  5. Subscription Cancellation:
    • If you are dissatisfied with our service but do not meet the eligibility criteria for a refund, you may cancel your subscription at any time.
    • Cancellation of the subscription will terminate access to our digital content.
  6. Changes to the Refund Policy:
    • We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time without prior notice.
    • Changes to the policy will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
