1. Subscriptions
- Users may purchase a one-year subscription to access our online educational game.
- The one-year subscription grants access to the game’s features and content for a period of one year from the date of purchase.
- Alternatively, users may purchase a lifetime subscription to access our online educational game.
- The lifetime subscription grants access to the game’s features and content for as long as the game is available. Please note that we cannot guarantee the perpetual availability of the game.
2. Browser-Based Game
- Our game is browser-based, meaning it can be accessed through compatible web browsers.
- Users are responsible for ensuring their device and browser meet the necessary requirements to access and play the game. Subscribers are strongly encouraged to try the free word chains on their preferred device to confirm that the game will work on their preferred device.
3. Refunds
- All subscription purchases are final and non-refundable. We do not offer refunds due to dissatisfaction with the game.
- A refund may be issued if our subscription service is interrupted for seven (7) or more consecutive days due to an error on the part of the publisher. The interruption must be directly attributable to the publisher’s error or technical issues, and not due to factors beyond our control, such as internet service provider outages or force majeure events. 4. Account Usage
- Each user is provided with a unique login code (“Account”) to access the game.
- Users are prohibited from sharing their login code with others.
- Accounts are for personal use only and may only be used within the user’s classroom or with their own students.
5. Intellectual Property
- All content, including but not limited to text, graphics, images, and software, within the game is owned by Keep Reading and Learning LLC or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws.
- Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or reproduce any content from the game without prior written consent from Keep Reading and Learning LLC.
6. Termination
- Keep Reading and Learning LLC reserves the right to terminate or suspend any user’s access to the game at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
7. Changes to Terms
- Keep Reading and Learning LLC reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
- It is the user’s responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any changes. Continued use of the game after changes to the Terms constitutes acceptance of those changes.
